Minimum of 1 year of fiber optic experience. Able to pass Background check and Drug Test. U.S passport or green card required.
Other Requirements
Need to have own truck, 28ft ladder and tools.
Job Description
Install fiber optic drops from the terminal to the customer's home using underground or aerial methods.
Run and secure inside fiber from the entry point to the CPE installation location.
Perform fusion splicing at the terminal, NID, and wall plate.
Install customer equipment, including ONTs, Residential Gateways (RG), and Access Points (APs).
Configure and activate the Residential Gateway (RG) and connected equipment.
Test all services to ensure proper operation and performance.
Provide excellent customer education, including Wi-Fi setup, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting.
