$25 A HOUR TO START FOR TRAINED TECHS, $18 FOR TECHS IN TRAINING.
Qualifications
Fusion Splicing: Joining fiber optic strands permanently with minimal signal loss.Testing and Troubleshooting: Using an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR), Visual Fault Locator (VFL), and Optical Loss Test Set (OLTS).Cable Preparation: Stripping, cleaning, and managing drop cables and indoor terminal equipment.Safety Protocols: Proper handling of laser light sources, chemicals, and ladder/pole climbing safety.
