Job Description
Andersen is hiring a Low Voltage Technician on-site in the US for a project supporting structured cabling and scalable infrastructure for hyperscale data centers.
Our customer is an established provider of specialized logistics and technical services supporting complex technology infrastructure across multiple markets. The company delivers integrated solutions covering equipment transportation, handling, installation, and ongoing operational support, helping organizations manage critical assets safely and efficiently. By combining logistics expertise with technical capabilities, it supports complex infrastructure projects and helps customers streamline operations, minimize disruption, and maintain reliable business processes.
The project is focused on providing structured cabling support for hyperscale data center deployments, covering both pre-cabling and post-cabling activities. It aims to ensure reliable and efficient infrastructure implementation while establishing a scalable delivery model for future data center expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Performing on-site activities within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.
- Executing pre-cabling tasks including cable labeling, cable pulling, routing, and patching of terminated copper cables.
- Performing post-cabling activities including fiber and copper cable connections and drop & connect operations to production environments.
- Patching and dressing fiber and copper cabling according to customer standards and project requirements.
- Supporting server rack connectivity and structured cabling infrastructure deployment.
- Following customer operational procedures, health & safety requirements, and security policies.
- Maintaining high-quality installation standards and attention to detail during all deployment activities.
- Supporting additional deployment and cabling activities as required by project needs.
