HTSAL Fiber Optics is hiring experienced installation technicians for Comcast/Xfinity work across Florida. We have routes open now and are onboarding weekly. If you have your own white van, tools, and ladders, and you can pass a safety inspection, you can be routed and earning quickly.

Schedule Requirements

This is a full-time production role. To stay eligible for routing you must:

Maintain a minimum 10-hour schedule each day worked
Work a minimum of 5 days every week
Work at least one weekend day every week (two weekend days preferred)
Performance

All technicians are held to standard performance and quality expectations. The National BP stack ranking is the source of truth for performance metrics. Comcast back office systems, resources, and reporting determine all eligibility and requirements.

Equipment You Must Provide

These are Comcast markets. You will not be routed without the following:

White vehicle with Xfinity decals/magnets
XM2 meter
6' ladder
28' or 32' extension ladder — hooks and side rails in good condition
Full technician tool set
2 safety cones
OSHA-compliant safety belt and lanyard
Full company uniform and proper work boots
Onboarding & Safety Inspection Process

Read this before you show up. These are avoidable:

Improper work boots
Safety belt and lanyard that do not meet standards — do not buy the orange safety belts sold on Amazon. They do not meet OSHA standards.
Broken or cracked ladder
Vehicle not white
Transfer requests involving technicians from other Comcast regions or Business Partners must be pre-approved in advance by Comcast HQ and Regional leadership.
