NOW HIRING – AERIAL CREWS
Due to company expansion, we are seeking experienced Aerial Crew for ongoing and upcoming long-term fiber projects.
Locations: Arizona, California & Washington
Employment: 1099 Independent Contractor
Work Format: Full-time travel opportunities
Pay: Piece-rate / per-foot with high earning potential
CURRENT PROJECTS
FTTH new construction Aerial fiber construction
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in aerial telecom/fiber construction required
Pole make-ready experience preferred
Ability to follow maps, designs, and make-ready reports
Ability to work safely at heights
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, safety-focused, and production-minded
Ability to mobilize quickly and maintain consistent production
