Fiber Construction Crews Needed – Aerial & Underground – Multi-Year Projects
We are currently seeking experienced telecom/fiber construction crews for ongoing and upcoming long-term fiber projects throughout New Mexico and surrounding travel markets.
Current projects include FTTH new construction, aerial pole make-ready, and underground fiber installation work. We are actively hiring qualified crews and individuals for both local and traveling opportunities.
Current Needs:
• Aerial fiber construction crews
Project Information:
• Multi-year fiber construction opportunities
• Aerial and underground work available
• Immediate need for qualified crews and operators
• Steady long-term workflow
• Travel opportunities available depending on project needs
Aerial Crew Requirements:
• Experience with aerial telecom/fiber construction
• Ability to follow maps, designs, and make-ready reports
• Ability to complete pole make-ready work safely and accurately
• Ability to provide as-built redlines
• Ability to submit daily production reports
• Proper tools, bucket trucks/equipment, and safety gear required
• Reliable, production-minded, and safety-focused
• Insurance and proper contractor documentation required
