Other Requirements
Candidates have to successfully pass a drug test and a background screening.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain cable and fiber services for residential and commercial properties.
- Run and terminate fiber cables, both aerial and underground.
- Diagnose signal issues and restore service quickly.
- Set up customer equipment, including modems and routers.
- Test connections for proper signal strength before job completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Communicate professionally with customers about work performed.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs and materials used.
- Meet daily job quotas and service level agreements (SLAs).
