Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial cable and fiber services.
- Run and terminate coaxial and fiber optic cables, both aerial and underground.
- Troubleshoot signal issues for quick restoration of service.
- Set up customer equipment, including modems and routers.
- Test connections to ensure proper signal strength before job completion.
- Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers about the work performed.
- Keep accurate records of jobs completed and time spent on site.
- Meet daily job quotas and service level agreements (SLAs).
