• Operate an Excavator efficiently and safely
• Operate a Horizontal Drill efficiently and safely
• Learn and independently operate facility equipment
• Use all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• Stay updated on industry technological advancements
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues
• Support team efforts and uphold quality expectations
• Maintain a positive work environment and build professional relationships
• Can maintain consistent daily production
• Can support sustained project volume
