Experience with Altice/Optimum is preferred. Spectrum, Comcast, or Xfinity experience is also considered.

Tools available for rent; truck rental assistance available. Availability to complete a drug test and background check.
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain aerial and underground cables.
• Service coaxial and fiber lines (drops, taps, connectors).
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
• Complete installs, upgrades, and disconnects per work orders/SLA.
• Follow safety standards and use PPE/equipment properly.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Document work, materials, and job status accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch and crew leads to manage schedules.
