Job Description
Responsibilities
• Monitor daily reports and billing systems for new drop-bury orders.
• Assign cleared orders to appropriate crews and track completion against SLA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in workforce management and billing systems.
• Communicate with customers and field leadership to resolve issues promptly.
• Support operational efficiency by coordinating schedules, monitoring job statuses, and ensuring safety standards.
