Immediate start date available. Hiring multiple installers for ongoing Fidium FTTH work in the Gibsonia area.
Pay
Unit-based, piece-rate pay based on production. Price sheet provided upon contact. Payments issued weekly (Net 21).
Qualifications
FTTH / Fiber installation experience required. Fiber splicing experience required. Experience with buried and aerial residential fiber installations preferred. Must have a reliable work vehicle suitable for ladder transport. Ability to work independently while maintaining professional customer interactions.
Other Requirements
Charismatic with customers is a plus! Must have own work vehicle for ladder transport, cones and standard tools. Must safely and efficiently complete residential FTTH installs, including fiber splicing. Work includes buried and aerial installs, with most units buried. Some installs use plug-and-play components. Materials provided at pickup locations. Established Fidium market with steady backlog.

This is an established market with ongoing work and a steady backlog of units.
Work consists of a combination of buried and aerial residential fiber installations, with buried work being predominant.
Fiber splicing is required at each installation. Technicians should be comfortable performing residential FTTH splicing and completing installations from start to finish. Some installations utilize plug-and-play components, with both installation types paid according to the same unit-based price structure.
You will have an excellent support team and managers to guide you and help you succeed in the market.
