Job Description
Project Manager – Telecommunications / Fiber Construction
Time and Materials Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to oversee our Spectrum construction workload.
We are looking for someone who understands the field and can keep multiple crews and projects moving efficiently. Candidates should have solid telecommunications construction experience and be familiar with:
* Aerial fiber/coax construction
* Underground (UG) construction
* Coax splicing
* Reading prints, maps and construction documents
* Managing multiple crews and active projects
Responsibilities include:
* Receiving and reviewing new jobs from our customer
* Planning and prioritizing the workload
* Assigning work to the appropriate crews
* Tracking jobs from assignment through completion
* Communicating with field crews and resolving issues
* Maintaining consistent communication with our customer throughout the process
* Making sure completed work is ready for closeout/billing
* Keeping projects moving and identifying problems before they become delays
We need someone with real industry experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to take ownership of the workload. This is not simply a desk position—you need to understand what is happening in the field and be able to communicate effectively with both crews and our customer.
