Flat rate per job (based on footage & scope). Weekly pay. NET 21 (2-week hold). Direct deposit. Consistent volume for reliable crews.
Qualifications
Experience with fiber drop installation preferred. Must understand bury/trench work, utility markings, and residential job sites. Production-ready crews highly preferred.
Other Requirements
Must have own truck, tools, and equipment. LLC required. General Liability Insurance REQUIRED. Workers Comp or exemption required. Valid driver’s license. Must be reliable and able to complete jobs without supervision.

We are currently building out crews in West Virginia & Florida (central Florida)
Scope of Work:
Frontier Fiber Drop
Residential drop bury (approx. 8-inch depth)
Trenching & occasional driveway bores
Following all utility markings and safety guidelines
