Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Working Field Supervisor to lead our fiber installation and maintenance crews. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
You’ll coordinate aerial and underground construction, perform fiber splicing as needed, and serve as the primary technical resource for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct field crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Perform and oversee fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting for both aerial and underground networks.
Manage material inventory and equipment utilization on site.
Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to installers and technicians.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a field supervisor in the telecommunications industry.
Extensive experience with fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of aerial and underground fiber optic construction methods
