Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Perform residential Coax and Fiber installations
•Complete service drops and wall fishes
•Install and configure customer premises equipment (CPE)
•Troubleshoot service and connectivity issues
•Educate customers on installed services and equipment
•Complete work orders accurately and on time
•Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service
Requirements:
•Experience with residential Coax and/or Fiber installations
•Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes
•Own truck/van, ladder, and hand tools
•Professional appearance and communication skills
•Valid Social Security Number (SSN)
•Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
•Pass background check and drug test
•Samsung S23 FE, S24 FE, or S25 FE smartphone
