Qualifications
Able to pass an MVR, background check, & drug screen. Read utility locate markings and follow locate requirements. Lift up to 75 lbs. Climb utility poles, ladders, and work from bucket trucks and elevated platforms. Safely work around energized utilities and construction equipment. Assist with aerial fiber optic, coaxial, and network construction. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical work in all weather conditions without aid.
Other Requirements
Aerial and overhead, equipment, truck, and machine skills and experienced preferred. Have a working mobile phone with an active phone number and email address. Foreman applicants require leadership experience. Ability to read engineering prints, construction drawings, and maps.
Job Description
The Construction Aerial Foreman is responsible for leading daily field operations related to the construction and installation of aerial telecommunications infrastructure. This role directly supervises field crews performing overhead construction activities involving fiber optic, coaxial, strand, messenger, broadband, and telecommunications network deployments.
The Foreman ensures construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering specifications, company standards, OSHA, MSO requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This position serves as the primary field leader by coordinating daily crew activities, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting successful project completion
Document completed work, field modifications, and conduit conditions. Submit completed daily work report emails. Support other teams, markets, and leadership initiatives as needed. Work Independently and as team. Work may occasionally require evenings, weekends, overtime, overnights, or on-call support depending on project demands.
Local crews are preferred.
