Previous cable installation, fiber, or telecommunications experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights. Ability to use hand tools, follow installation procedures, troubleshoot service issues, and communicate professionally with customers. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Candidates must have their own pickup truck, SUV, or minivan and basic cable installation tools. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently are required.

We are seeking motivated Cable Technicians to join our team in permanent markets. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential cable, internet, and fiber services while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Technicians are responsible for diagnosing service issues, completing installations according to company standards, maintaining a safe work environment, and accurately documenting completed work. This is a permanent market position with no per diem offered. Compensation is performance-based.
