Base salary: $150,000 - $180,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications). Performance bonus: competitive bonus structure tied to projects performance, operational excellence, safety, quality, customer satisfaction.

Job Description
The Director of Construction is responsible for leading construction operations across multiple projects and markets, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. This role provides leadership to Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and construction teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Director of Construction will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships through exceptional project execution and positioning Techcom as a trusted long-term construction partner.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead construction operations across telecom, broadband, and infrastructure projects.
– Oversee Project Managers, Field Supervisors, field crews, and subcontractors.
– Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer specifications.
– Monitor production, resource allocation, project performance, and operational KPIs.
– Develop and maintain construction standards, operating procedures, and quality control processes.
– Resolve operational challenges while driving continuous improvement across construction operations.
– Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional project execution, proactively addressing client needs, and identifying opportunities to expand existing business partnerships.
– Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful project execution and support the company's continued growth.
