Company Vehicle and Fuel Card Provided
Candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and networking equipment. This role requires an understanding of computer networking, field service operations, and hands-on technical skills to ensure seamless connectivity for our clients. This position requires 100% travel, company vehicle and gas card included and will transition to a home location as the project advances.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to
• Maintain an active DirecTV Technician certification ID #
• Daily use of company provided vehicle to haul a 24'-28' ladder, equipment and tools
• Install and configure telecommunications equipment, including cabling, modems/routers, and other networking devices
• Ensure proper connectivity for various telecommunication systems
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems to ensure optimal performance
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations efficiently and safely
• Provide field service support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues on-site
• Document installation processes, service calls, and any modifications made to existing systems
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
Skills
• Experience with telecommunication systems installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with cabling standards and installation best practices
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and specialized equipment for installations
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
