Job Description
You will be contracted to perform installation and service work for HughesNet, Viasat, and Starlink customers within your designated coverage area, with Amazon LEO installations anticipated to be added later this year.
If you have experience in satellite television, telecommunications, low-voltage wiring, or a related field, we can help you get up and running quickly. Many technicians initially hesitate to transition from video services to internet installations, but no advanced computer or networking skills are required. We provide the training and support necessary for your success.

Qualified candidates may complete hands-on field training alongside one of our certified trainers while simultaneously completing the required online certification courses.
Our operation runs seven days per week, offering flexible scheduling opportunities. Each evening, you will receive a call or text confirming your route and assignments for the following day. All work orders are scheduled in advance with appointment dates and arrival windows based on your availability and calendar.
Work orders are managed through a mobile application on your smartphone. The app provides all job details, captures installation photos, and collects customer signatures, eliminating the need for paper documentation.
Performance is measured by customer satisfaction, on-time arrivals, and successful completion of installations on the originally scheduled date. Maintaining schedule commitments and minimizing reschedules is critical to our continued success. Technical support is available whenever assistance is needed.
Submit your completed work orders weekly and receive payment via direct deposit within five business days. Approved installation materials, including cable and poles, may be purchased through the company at cost and paid through payroll deduction within 30 days, or you may provide your own approved materials. Connectors and ground blocks are supplied by the company.
