Qualifications
Previous cable lashing experience is preferred. The candidate should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and capable of performing work safely at heights and around aerial infrastructure. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic who can effectively work as part of a two-person crew.
Other Requirements
Candidates must have reliable transportation and possess basic tools and required personal protective equipment (PPE). The position may require travel as needed, and a valid driver's license is preferred. All team members are expected to comply with company procedures and adhere to all applicable safety regulations at all times.
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Cable Bar/Lashing Technicians to join our team. Work consists of aerial cable lashing projects with a steady workload of up to 6–8 jobs per day. Most assignments require a two-person crew.
Compensation starts at $1,800+ weekly, with hotel accommodations provided by the company. Candidates should have previous lashing experience, be comfortable working outdoors, and be able to safely perform work on aerial infrastructure while maintaining quality standards.
