We are seeking highly skilled and dependable Senior Aerial Linemen to join our growing telecom construction team supporting projects throughout the Midwest. This position is ideal for an experienced aerial telecom professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, leadership in the field, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Position Summary
The Senior Aerial Lineman will lead and support aerial fiber and telecom construction projects, including strand, lash, fiber placement, pole transfers, and maintenance work. Candidates should be comfortable working in all weather conditions, operating bucket trucks, and managing field crews while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform aerial telecom construction and maintenance work
Install strand, fiber, and coaxial cable systems
Lead field crews and coordinate daily jobsite activities
Read and interpret construction prints and utility maps
Ensure all work meets customer and company specifications
Operate bucket trucks and related equipment safely
Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies
Troubleshoot and resolve field construction issues
Coordinate with supervisors, utilities, and inspectors as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of aerial telecom construction experience
Experience with fiber optic and coaxial systems preferred
Prior crew leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license required
CDL preferred but not required
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to work overtime and travel throughout Ohio and Indiana as needed
Strong understanding of aerial construction safety practices
OSHA certifications are a plus

New construction
Ability to read prints
Utility coordination experience
Experience with major telecom providers and broadband projects
Work Environment
Outdoor construction environment
Physically demanding role requiring climbing, lifting, and extended periods in bucket trucks
Travel throughout the Midwest
