Pay
Flat-rate production pay, plus $50.00 daily per diem per day worked and $0.30 per mile travel pay to cover your driven miles out and back.
Qualifications
Experienced in residential telecom or fiber optic customer installations. Familiarity running drops, mounting hardware, and provisioning customer equipment is required. Knowledge of Nokia GPON/XGS-PON and Adtran hardware systems is a plus.
Other Requirements
Must possess a reliable work vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) and standard fiber installation hand tools, cleaning kits, and meters (fusion splicer, cleaver, power meter). Must be ready to clear a background check and drug screening via the secure contractor Onboarding App.
Job Description
Immediate opening for independent 1099 Fiber Installation Technicians for a residential FTTH deployment under the T-Fiber / T-Mobile network. Technicians will complete residential customer hookups from the drop line to inside equipment provisioning. Steady volume pipeline available for self-motivated solo techs or established multi-man crews looking to secure consistent routes immediately.
