Minimum 2 years experience installing fiber and coax to the home, fiber splicing, ONT and router installation, phone service and video installation. You must be a responsible self-starter with the ability to work independently. Work is consistently checked for quality control (if you know, you know).

Must have reliable truck/van (preferably white) with 28' extension ladder with hooks on ladder rack, cones, safety belt and lanyard all PPE, fiber splicer and fiber test equipment, 500' conduit rodder, all hand tools to complete installations. Must have independent contractor Insurance.

We are looking for multiple fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) residential Installation Technicians. There are two technician rolls. Drop technicians and Install technicians but you must be able to perform both functions.

INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN: is responsible for high-speed broadband, voice, and video installations to residential homes ensuring a superior customer experience. This roll includes inside wiring, install optical network terminals (ONTs), configure customer premises equipment, and verify service performance to meet company and industry standards. This role also serves as a key customer-facing position, requiring clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to educate customers on their services and equipment.

DROP TECHNICIANS: perform pre installation site surveys, install fiber drop cable and splice fiber drops.
