Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ribbon Fiber Splicer for ongoing and upcoming projects.
This is hands-on field work focused on high-density ribbon fiber splicing, and testing in live and new-build indoor environments. You will perform fusion splicing of 12-fiber ribbons, verify polarity, perform loss testing, and document work per customer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Ribbon fiber preparation, cleaving, and fusion splicing
OTDR / OLTS testing and troubleshooting
Adherence to industry best practices for cleaning, labeling, and documentation
Working efficiently in active environments with strict change control and safety protocols
Serious, detail-oriented splicers with clean work history and strong references preferred.
