Qualifications
- Experience with Fiber Drop Bury, cable construction, or underground utility work preferred; Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; ability to lift 75 + lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather; Experience operating air compressor with a pneumatic missile; Ability to work independently and complete jobs safely and professionally; Dependable, punctual and customer-oriented; Subcontractors must carry appropriate insurance and provide their their own truck and equipment
Job Description
Ronnie's Cable Bury LLC is seeking experienced Fiber Drop Bury Technicians, laborers, and subcontractors for growing fiber residential projects in Gainesville, Florida.
Work includes:
• Fiber drop installations
• Hand digging and restoration
• Directional bore support
• Conduit placement
• Reading utility locates
• Customer-facing field work
We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic. Fiber, telecom, utility, cable, landscaping, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Opportunities available for:
• Independent contractors (1099)
• Experienced subcontractors
Steady workload with room for advancement as fiber construction expands.
