Qualifications
Proficient in: English (Spansish and/or Portuguesse a plus), computer work (spreadsheets, pdfs, etc), background in telecom
Other Requirements
Valid drivers license, ability and willingness to travel
Job Description
• Field supervisors will work closely with the Operations and Splicing managers to ensure all field operations (splicing, construction, underground, traffic control etc.) is completed in a timely, efficient manner and in accordance to client specifications.
Duties:
• Schedule crews, and assign work tasks to individuals
• Be present in the field, providing direction and ensuring quality of operations
• Provide material requests, job documents, etc. for projects
• Assist in splicing and construction activities as required to maintain client expectations and deadlines
• Participate in weekly client meetings to coordinate field operations for markets assigned
• Provide documentation of completed tasks in the form of as-built plans, daily logs and invoices
