Job Description
A Fiber Installation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fiber, internet, television, and telephone services. This role ensures reliable connectivity, proper equipment setup, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure fiber, internet, telephone, and television services.
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal network performance.
- Repair or replace damaged cables and equipment as needed.
- Provide technical assistance and explain service features to customers.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.
- Comply with installation guidelines and site-specific requirements.
