Qualifications
Comcast Residential Installation Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fiber-optic systems for residential and commercial customers throughout Aurora, CO and surrounding areas. Experienced in operating work trucks, utilizing 28-foot ladders and ladder racks, and working with industry-standard tools and testing equipment.
Other Requirements
Truck Tools Valid Drivers License Vehicle Registration Insurance.
Job Description
*Full-time, permanent fulfillment routes with consistent workload and no slowdown in the area.
*Maintain clear and professional communication with leadership, dispatch, and customers, providing real-time field updates.
*Truck lease/XM2 meters options available.
*Represent the company with a positive, professional appearance and demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service.
*Demonstrate strong accountability and reliability, including punctual attendance and weekend availability as needed.
*Perform full-service installation of TV, phone, and internet services.
*Maintain clear and professional communication with leadership, dispatch, and customers, providing real-time field updates.
