Job Description
High Split Subcontractor Crews — Pearl Connections, Upstate New York
Pearl Connections is expanding HFC network upgrade operations across Upstate New York and is engaging qualified subcontractors with experienced High Split crews. Scope includes full-scale HFC upgrades — amplifier swaps, node segmentation, and RF optimization — across residential and commercial systems.
The Opportunity
Long-term, high-volume production with a consistent project pipeline. We are engaging established subcontractor companies — not individual technicians — with the crew capacity and field leadership to scale with us across multiple markets.
What We're Looking For
Qualified subcontractor companies with:
• Active crews experienced in telecom, cable upgrades, and HFC construction
• Strong technical capability in HFC plant, high split upgrades, and RF testing
• Familiarity with amplifiers, passives, and node segmentation
• Crews working across both fiber and coax systems
• Crew-owned vehicles and full tooling for high split and HFC work
• Valid US business entity with active General Liability and Auto insurance (COI)
• Capacity to deploy and sustain consistent crew counts week over week
Engagement Terms & Rates
• Corp-to-Corp engagement under a Subcontractor Agreement (SCA)
• Production-based unit pricing — rates issued per signed rate card
• Multi-state expansion opportunities for crews that scale with us
