Qualifications
Guys who install DIRECTV Dish ViaSat HughesNet. Also Cable TV installers. Independent Contractors. Abilitya as to coordinate and communicate with the customer and dispatch staff in a friendly, courteous manner. Complete an online certification or be certified. Background Check.
Other Requirements
Truck/ tools required, smart phone or tablet. Have, or within 90 days get, GL and workmans comp as required by your state. Late model truck or van. No cars. You must be located within or close to the areas described to work there. Our techs go home at night. We dont relocate or do hotels. signal meter to point the antenna is built into the app on your phone. 24' ladder, cordless drill, hand tools, etc. you pay for cable( sometimes provided)poles as needed. connectors and ground blocks provided.
Job Description
It’s easy to get you rolling if you have some similar experience. Some guys are hesitant to move from video to internet but no special computer or networking skills are required. If qualified, You can complete your hands on training with our certified trainers in the field and do the online course simultaneously. Our schedules are open 7 days per week. Each evening you will get a call or text to confirm your route for the next day. All orders are preset with a date and time-frame according to the availablilty on your calendar. All your work is on the app on your phone. The app captures installs photos and customer signature so no paperwork is required. You and the company are rated on customer satisfation, on time arrivals and completions on original install date so we must not be late or reschdule appointments. Tech support is available. Send in your list of completed orders each week and get paid 5 days later via direct deposit. You can purchase your cable and poles thru us at cost using payroll deduction in 30 days or you can provide your own approved cable. Connectors and Ground Blocks are provided.
