Pay
Top Pay for 1099 Contractors, Weekly earnings: $1,300 – $2,100+ based on production, NET 14 pay cycle, Rate cards available upon request
Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of cable installation experience • Knowledge of cable systems, signal levels, and meters • Strong customer service and communication skills • Reliable and performance-driven
Other Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with clean record • Truck or van with ladder rack • 28–32 ft extension ladder • Samsung S22, S23, S24, or S25 mobile device • Meter: Viavi ONX-610 or VeEx 310 (lease available) • All basic hand tools needed to perform job functions
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Install and activate video, internet, and voice services
• Perform coax and fiber installs (RFoG/EPON where applicable)
• Troubleshoot and repair service issues
• Educate customers on equipment and services
• Maintain high-quality installations and documentation
Environment & Expectations
• Work performed outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically active role (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
• Maintain attendance, metrics, and customer satisfaction
