Job Description
FBR Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated COAX Splicer with experience performing splicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities within telecommunications networks in both inside and outside plant environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform splicing, repair, and maintenance of COAX cables and related components
Install, troubleshoot, and repair cable systems
Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete splicing and termination work
Conduct testing and analysis to ensure proper network connectivity and performance
Read and interpret design prints and network documentation
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain organized and accurate work practices in the field
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of COAX splicing experience
Knowledge of cable systems
Ability to read and understand design prints
Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD Map Viewer
Valid driver’s license required
Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
Ability to work safely and efficiently in field environments
