## Temporary Project Manager / Field Supervisor
We have several active projects with deadlines approaching in June and are seeking immediate help to support project operations in the field.
We have 15 crews working on about 10 projects at a time. I need immediate help ASAP.
This position involves daily coordination with crews and supervisors to ensure projects stay on schedule, customer requirements are met, and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
### Responsibilities
* Visit crews and supervisors daily using a company-provided truck
* Manage and support field crews throughout project execution
* Track and supervise daily project progress
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on-site
* Coordinate with the office team to meet customer and project requirements
* Assist with:
* As-built documentation
* Material audits
* Required paperwork
* Compliance and reporting requirements
### Position Details
* Temporary position with potential for long-term opportunities
* Company truck provided
* Undisclosed sign-on bonus available for helping us successfully complete current project obligations
### Qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
* Construction, utility, telecommunications, or field operations experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license required
