Now Hiring: HDD Operator - Las Vegas, NV
Lighthouse Technologies is looking for experienced HDD Operators to join our growing team supporting active underground utility and FTTH construction projects.
If you have experience operating Ditch Witch, Vermeer, or other HDD equipment and are ready for steady work with a strong team, we want to hear from you!
? Responsibilities:
• Operate HDD drill rigs, mud pumps, and support equipment
• Read bore plans, utility maps, and construction drawings
• Monitor drill head alignment and bore accuracy
• Perform equipment inspections and maintenance
• Coordinate with crews to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety procedures
?? Requirements:
• HDD equipment operating experience required
• Knowledge of underground utility construction
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
? Preferred:
• Fiber optic, gas, water, or electrical utility experience
• OSHA 10/30 certification
• Bore path tracking or survey experience
• CDL Class A or B license
