Job Description
Pearl Connections is looking for a High Split Supervisor in New York. We are building regional crews and need an experienced field leader who can run high split upgrade operations from day one.
The Opportunity
This is a field leadership role. You will serve as the lead supervisor for a high split upgrade crew in your assigned market, responsible for daily production, crew coordination, quality control, and ensuring all upgrades meet network standards. This is a 1099 position with a consistent, long-term workload and a clear path into regional leadership as we expand.
What You'll Do
Lead technicians through node-to-premise high split modifications including amplifier swaps, splitter replacements, filter changes, and node segmentation work. You will own daily scheduling, in-field quality audits, signal issue resolution, production reporting, and crew development.
What We're Looking For
Our priority is candidates with active supervisory experience in a telecom or cable upgrade environment and a strong technical background in HFC plant, high split upgrades, and RF signal testing. Familiarity with amplifier configuration, passive components, and node segmentation is required. We will also consider highly experienced high split or cable plant technicians with a strong field track record who are ready to step into a supervisory role.
All candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, valid SSN, and authorization to work in the U.S. This is a travel-based position — willingness to travel is required.
