Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our directional drilling crew. This role supports daily drilling operations by assisting with equipment setup and breakdown, handling materials and tools, and maintaining a safe, organized job site.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist drill operators with daily tasks and job site setup
Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Basic construction or labor experience preferred (not required)
