Cable Technician — No Brokers, Direct Prime Work

Upon successful completion of background and drug screening. Active Crimshield holders cleared in 48 hours. New submissions 7–14 days.
Pay
$1,700–$2,200 per week based on production and skill set.
Qualifications
6+ months Fiber or Coax experience. Drops, ONT, router activation, and signal testing. Residential FTTH and temp bury work. Must pass drug and background screening, including MVR.
Other Requirements
Truck or van with 28 ft. ladder rack and ladder. Fiber/light meter and visual fault locator.
Job Description
We are seeking Fiber and Coax Technicians to join our team for residential and commercial installations.
The role involves performing new installs, upgrades, and trouble calls (TCs) with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
1099 Contractor Position
Average pay: $+/week (paid per job)
Pay Schedule: Weekly pay with a 3-week hold (first paycheck issued the Monday after 3 completed weeks of work, then paid weekly).
Requirements:
Previous experience with fiber and/or coax installations required.
Must have own tools, vehicle, and valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
