Upon successful completion of the background check, MVR, and drug screening, the process typically takes about two weeks
Pay
Weekly pay ranges from $1,800 to $2,500, depending on skill set and production (unit-based pay). No per diem is offered. Payment terms are Net 17 with no retainer, and direct deposit is paid weekly. Candidates must be able to work locally.
Qualifications
We are actively seeking technicians for our T-Mobile and Comcast markets across Colorado. These are stable, year-round markets with a strong focus on installation work. Ideal candidates will have experience with coax, commercial work, and fiber. We offer top pay rates for dependable and experienced technicians
Other Requirements
Must provide own vehicle (truck, SUV, or van) equipped with a 28-ft ladder, ladder rack, and necessary tools. Valid driver’s license required. Fusion splicing experience required.

Now Hiring: Drop Bury Technicians / Crews & Field Technicians
*Drop Bury Technicians / Crews
Must have experience in drop bury work
Must have tools to bury lines 8–12 inches deep
Experience using core drills and flex bits (for running lines under sidewalks)
Driveway boring experience required
*Field Technicians
Experience with fiber and/or coax installations
Fusion splicing experience preferred
Must provide own vehicle (truck, SUV, or van) with 28-ft ladder, rack, and necessary equipment
Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance required
Ability to complete work safely and efficiently in accordance with industry standards
Flexible schedule to meet changing customer demands
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be comfortable working at heights, carrying a 28-ft ladder, and climbing telephone poles
Able to work both indoors and outdoors
