Qualifications
• Established company actively performing fiber and/or coax drop-bury work • Crews available to mobilize immediately • Knowledge of Ohio and Midwest burial depth and frost-line requirements • Full compliance with 811 One-Call, OSHA, and local regulations • Ability to meet carrier construction, quality, and documentation standards • Willingness to submit daily documentation via approved reporting tools
Other Requirements
Equipment including vibratory plow (bore capability preferred), hand tools, and reliable vehicles, as well as all applicable insurances

Scope of Work
• Fiber and coax drop burial from terminal/pedestal to customer demarcation (DMARC)
• Route preparation and white-lining
• Hand trenching and vibratory plowing
• Driveway, sidewalk, and limited roadway bores
• 811 utility coordination and compliance
• Restoration to carrier and municipal standards
• Daily photo documentation and reporting
• Fiber and coax drop burial from terminal/pedestal to customer demarcation (DMARC)
