Job Description
Aerial Fiber Subcontractor Crews Needed – M & M Fiber Solutions LLC
M & M Fiber Solutions is actively seeking experienced aerial fiber subcontractor crews for ongoing and upcoming work across Louisiana and surrounding states.
We are looking for full crews with proven experience in:
* Strand & fiber placement
* Lashing (new build & overlash)
* Pole transfers
* Reading prints and working production-based jobs
Subcontractor Requirements:
* Must operate as a subcontractor (1099)
* General Liability, Workman’s Comp, and Umbrella Insurance REQUIRED
* Must have your own crew and tools
* Bucket truck
* Valid driver’s license
* Must be able to travel
* Must follow safety and quality standards
What we offer:
* Consistent, ongoing work
* Production-based pay (good earning potential for solid crews)
* Weekly pay after NET 30
* Long-term opportunities for reliable crews
