Qualifications
You are required to have an established business entity and hold a valid license to operate in the state of Virginia. Must have qualified linemen, trucks, tools, and safety equipment to construct underground fiber. Must be able to supervise crews, read prints, and submit legible redlines/as-builts daily to our production team.
Other Requirements
The subcontractor is responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, vehicles, and qualified personnel to safely and efficiently carry out the job tasks.
Job Description
We are actively seeking mid- to large-sized HDD crews for upcoming infrastructure projects requiring high-capacity drilling and precision execution.
Requirements:
-HDD rigs with 40,000 – 100,000 lb pullback capacity
-Proven reaming capability (18” – 36” hole enlargement)
-Experience installing duct banks (up to 12 conduits)
-Strong understanding of VDOT regulations, permitting, and processes
-Ability to handle complex, large-diameter bores
