Qualifications

Experienced with NESC regulations. Ability to identify make-ready NESC infractions, identify make-ready for new attachments.

Other Requirements

Personal vehicle able to use for work, have own measuring equipment (pole stick, rangefinder), including use of personal cell phone for work. Comfortable using mobile app for data collection and Windows products.

Job Description

Working level knowledge of all technical aspects of OSP (Outside Plant) fiber and copper networks.
The successful candidate will have experience with current NESC guidelines on pole conditions and attachments.
Drive to assigned poles, capture photos with smartphone, answer given form questions and capture photos of inadequate conditions and identify make-ready for new attachments, including recording data of all measurements.

Ideal Candidates:
NESC regulations knowledge, former CATV lineman, OSP fielder, or auditor. Has done pole inventory, audits, or make-ready.
Can work accurately and fast paced without supervision. Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
