Job Description
This position manages all aspects aerial and underground construction, and splicing.
Provides daily street sheets and production reports our customer
Makes daily field safety and quality visits
Issues work to crews
Receives and reviews all daily and weekly production documentation submitted by W2 and subcontractors
Approves W2 payroll
Produces PDF As-Built drawings
Tracks all work and updates company and customer tracking platforms
Provides status reports to senior management
Works with Customer reps and Vonalas admin team to ensure smooth invoicing and job closeout
Works with the warehouse staff to ensure proper material orders, consumption and inventory tracking
Works with Field supervisors, QC, field techs and sub crews to ensure safety, accuracy and quality standards are maintained
Engages with other company departments such as Safety, Fleet, HR, etc.
Adheres to and enforces all company policies and perform such duties deemed necessary by senior management
