Job Description
This position requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on field experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and underground utility work. The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Responsibilities include scheduling crews, monitoring production, troubleshooting field issues, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining communication with management and clients. The role requires regular travel between job sites and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has experience in HDD operations, understands bore planning and locating, and can lead teams efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
