GridSource is a national telecommunications construction company delivering large-scale fiber infrastructure projects for leading carriers and utilities across the United States. As part of our continued expansion, we are building our underground construction capabilities in Arizona and seeking a qualified individual to support licensure, compliance, and execution oversight.
Job Title: Licensed Qualifying Party Arizona A-12
GridSource is seeking an experienced underground utility construction professional to serve as the **Qualifying Party (A-12 General Engineering)** for our Arizona contractor license.
This role is focused on **licensure, compliance, and technical oversight** of underground construction activities. The position is not intended to function as a day-to-day operations lead but requires **active involvement and oversight** of work performed under the license.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior field professional, superintendent, or former business owner looking for a **flexible, high-impact role**.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the **Qualifying Party (A-12)** for GridSource’s Arizona contractor license
* Provide **technical oversight, supervision and guidance** for underground construction activities, including:
Required Qualifications
* Ability to serve as **Qualifying Party for Arizona A-12 General Engineering Contractor license**
* Significant hands-on experience in underground utility construction
Preferred Qualifications
* Current or prior designation as an **A-12 Qualifying Party** in Arizona
