Qualifications
Working knowledge of telecom systems and networks (fiber, coaxial, copper), comfortable working outdoors and at heights up to 40 feet
Other Requirements
Full body mobility, valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass a background check & drug screen.
Job Description
• Lead and motivate a crew to achieve project goals and maintain the highest standard of quality.
• Install, repair, and maintain telecom lines and cables, including fiber optic, copper, and coaxial systems
• Safely climb utility poles (up to 40 feet) to access infrastructure and string cable
• Operate bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and specialized equipment to install new lines and perform repairs
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work orders and assignments efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with telecom engineers, foremen, and field technicians
• Document work completed and maintain accurate records
• Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations
