We are currently seeking experienced Fiber & Coax Technicians to perform installation, activation, and troubleshooting for Fidium & Xfinity!
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with consistent work volume and competitive payouts.
Technicians will be responsible for completing residential installations, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities
* Perform installations, service changes, and service calls while maintaining craftsmanship/ KPI’s.
* Running drops and inside wiring
* Troubleshoot service issues and signal quality
* Complete jobs per company and client standards
* Maintain professionalism with customers
Requirements
* Must be an independent contractor (1099)
* Own work vehicle (truck/van preferred)
* 28ft fiberglass ladder REQUIRED
* Must have all required tools
* Must have safety gear (PPE, harness, etc.)
* Previous telecom or fiber experience REQUIRED
* Ability to pass background check (required by client)
* Valid driver’s license
* Valid social security
* Work authorization
Required Equipment
* 28ft fiberglass ladder with hooks and v bar
* Drill, hand tools, and standard telecom tools
* Safety equipment (hard hat, safety belt, cones, etc.)
* Smartphone/tablet for work orders
