You are required to have an established business entity and hold a valid license to operate in the state of IL. Must have qualified linemen, trucks, tools, and safety equipment to construct underground fiber. Must be able to supervise crews, read prints, and submit legible redlines/as-builts daily to our production team. Insurance requirements: Typical industry standards

The subcontractor is responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, vehicles, and qualified personnel to safely and efficiently carry out the job tasks. They will be accountable for contacting utility locates, conducting appropriate daylighting of utilities, potholing utilities, and promptly reporting any damages or incidents involving utilities. The use of hydro-vac and excavator equipment is strongly advised.
